Pros
Nice people who enjoy each other. Easy work, if dull. Decent work/life balance for an agency. No HR department leads to slack enforcement of rules, but also results in concerns like errors in your paycheck, unpaid vendors and unclear policies and procedures.
Cons
Really dull clients, all trade media relations - nothing that really moves the needle for clients. Clients don't understand or value programs. This agency might as well use typewriters and fax machines.... Pay is low, even for B2B. A lot of layoffs and staff turnover.
