Everything will be good for this company if they replace their hod cause he’s not the right man for that job he knows nothing except playing politics and there’s no such hierarchies hod directly asks junior for work irrespective of the task management and without even knowing their team leads and other senior resources and HOD interfare in employees personal life there’s no work life balance at all .
