      Compensation and benefits is good, teams work collaboratively, currently still offering flexible hybrid working

      Cons

      Bureaucratic leadership, lots of blaming culture and terrible IT, too risk adverse in some instances. The recent announcements of FTE reduction and wind-down on the ABL value chain has been somewhat unsettling.

      Pros

      Decent pay when you are early in career WLB good depending on team/manager but overall good.

      Cons

      Management team is unprofessional, some are rude, hard to work with, negative, and made the environment unpleasant.
