Contrary to what they tell you there is no room for growth or management opportunity unless you play along with what they want you to do and leave out the human factor in decision making. Once a year all company raises and pay scale is all over the place with harder working employees making less and long term employees making the same or less than new hires with no experience. Before they were bought by Reside it was a different company.
