There are no pros to this company. The other reviews on Glassdoor were falsified internally because of high turnover rates.
Cons
Owners and management are ignorant of how to run a successful business and keep employees. Everyone is under-paid and over-worked. Benefits are a joke compared to everyone in the area. Employees are micromanaged. ABW claims they are an aerospace and defense fab but really juat get the leftovers from Boeing. They have no clue about aerospace. And if the government found out how ignorant they were about ITAR they wouldn't be doing business with them. They are not well received in the nuclear world either and only accepted in the energy market because of necessity. Please do not work here, it is in your best interest. There are no ethics or morals being used here. The work culture is suffocating because everyone is miserable and scared to say anything.
