Love that it is a combination for leaning together as a team and each sharing tips on what works. Lots of different ideas. Really helps keep it fresh. Constant promotion of helping each other to be successful. And yes, we get commission, we are all friends. We can swap jobs, have our own jobs, and share jobs. I can speak my mind and have conversations, leadership listens and discusses. I can manage and work directly with the client. And benefits, the company covers almost all the costs and 4% match for 401K. Only had 50% cost coverage at the last job. Really makes a difference.
