Pros

Nice new offices and an international company which may present opportunities

Cons

The company has a deeply problematic culture. Promotions for women are rare, and the environment is highly toxic and combative. It is dominated by a specific demographic—middle-aged Anglo-Saxon men—who often display aggressive and intimidating behavior. The culture encourages blame-shifting and self-preservation, so expect constant challenges to your role. Unless you are prepared to defend yourself daily, this may not be the right workplace for you. There is a pervasive issue with tall poppy syndrome, HR actively obstructs career progression, and management consistently ignores these problems.

Pros

A friendly environment with plenty of room for career growth. Always supportive of furthering education for future opportunities.

Cons

It takes a little time to get used to a 12hr rotating shift, but you get plenty of time off in between rotation.

Pros

The pay is decent and the benefits are pretty good.

Cons

Leadership often struggles with communication and transparency. Strategic decisions are routinely made without clear input from operations or frontline employees, leading to inefficiencies and low morale. Additionally, some departments suffer from extremely toxic leadership, where micromanagement, favoritism, and dismissiveness toward feedback are common. These issues have driven away strong performers and contribute to a culture of fear and disengagement in certain groups.
