It takes a little time to get used to a 12hr rotating shift, but you get plenty of time off in between rotation.

The pay is decent and the benefits are pretty good.

Additionally, some departments suffer from extremely toxic leadership, where micromanagement, favoritism, and dismissiveness toward feedback are common.
