Pros
Not many pros to be talked about Okay pay, trainers were nice, made some friends.
Cons
-manager was terrible too worried about if people liked him -mandatory morning call meetings were just so they could hear themselves talk -supervisor took my idea and presented it as his own and was commended for it -managers were not supportive -expect people to cover shifts when its their day off and answer the phone at 6 AM to tell them why we don't want to cover a shift -management becomes more upset with reliable, never call off work employees, for not picking up the slack of the workers who never show up to work -managers will sit and watch you run too registers to help line out the door customers by yourself and tell you that you aren't working fast enough while they hide in the back doing "audits" -customers will yell, curse you out, and threaten you if they don't get approved for a loan that I had no control over -horrible work life balance expect to work over 50 hours a week during peak
