Pros
Salary is received between the 10th and 15th of each month, but it is always eventually paid.
Leave requests are approved, but you will face taunts afterward.
Cons
There is a lack of proper documentation. The CTO and CEO are the managers, HR, and everything else. They often delay providing documentation for months or even years.
No salary slips will be issued except while resigning.
On Saturdays, we have team lunches where we are forced to listen to irrelevant and pointless discussions.
You'll be assigned new tasks only to be later blamed for not completing them and not using them as learning opportunities.
Despite finishing your work early, you must complete a 9-hour shift. No overtime is compensated if you work extra hours
If senior management desires, you are accountable for every minute spent in the washroom, on breaks, etc.
There is no work-life balance.
