This experience has been invaluable in shaping my future career, and I am grateful for the opportunity. While the salary wasn't great, I’m grateful to the company for providing the opportunity to learn and grow.
Cons
I write this for the sake of company transparency. Unfortunately, some old timer, non-technical employees are being bully to junior developers. They often act in a bossy and controlling manner, which has contributed to a toxic work environment.
