      Great pay ($20-$25 per hearing/per hour) Nice judges, support staff and company staff Federal ID badge benefits (boarding planes faster, hotel discounts, etc)

      Cons

      Monthly pay Uncertainty regarding pay month to month due to nature of the work/number of cases you'll have Not always a break for lunch

      Pros

      You're in control of your schedule and choose what shifts you'd like. If you're comfortable working for a particular judge, you don't have to. The pay per case is great and the job is pretty easy. It's not a stressful job at all.

      Cons

      You may not get a shift at all. At one time I didn't get any work for an entire month so it doesn't feel stable.
