      Pros

      Pay was great, process for turning in documents was simple

      Cons

      They changed pay to a true hourly rate instead of getting paid per hearing and that reduced my pay by about $10 an hour. They want to to document every minute between hearings down to the minutes and seconds from proceeding end to the next start. All documents need time stamps on it so they can monitor bathroom breaks etc. and won’t have to pay you for it.

      Pros

      You're in control of your schedule and choose what shifts you'd like. If you're comfortable working for a particular judge, you don't have to. The pay per case is great and the job is pretty easy. It's not a stressful job at all.

      Cons

      You may not get a shift at all. At one time I didn't get any work for an entire month so it doesn't feel stable.
