Pros
Great, dense training for two to three weeks, depending on your schedule and if you pass the required tests/assessments! company-issued iPad and lots of resources and apps provided.
Cons
ACES wants you to dedicate three days a week, working in the evenings (i.e., 12-15 hours a week, between 2-7pm). Never any morning shifts or opportunities to work in the mornings for sub-sessions. You do not get to pick your own clients or hours. You have to be open to working evenings each week. Get paid semi-monthly (twice a month and not bi-weekly). No paid holidays, vacation pay or 401K benefits
