Pros
This company gives their techs a lot of support and feedback. In between sessions you could craft materials to use in sessions. Great pay and they give you an ipad to use for sessions. It is a great ABA company if you want to see your clients improve, very client based.
Cons
They did not pay you at all if your client canceled, other ABA companies would pay half the session, so this sucked when you’d commute and your client didn’t even show up. They don’t reimburse mileage for your first session, so commuting when you’re part time isn’t even worth it. BCBA’s were not always helpful or accessible.
