Generous PTO and affordable benefits

Few avenues to advance but management is nice

Overall, a small-feel place to work although the company is moderate in size. People are pretty good to work with and upper management will at least listen to what you have to say. Pay for the company is not so bad but it definitely could be better now that business is picking up.

Benefits are very expensive and should be looked at and possibly switch insurance companies. Older equipment to work with, some of it really needing work but company hesitates to fix things due to financial issues.
