The company believes in innovation and the value of people. You will feel good about the work you are doing. The employees at ACI are truly the best. I feel lucky to work with such an incredible team every single day. On any given day if you walk around the office, you will see people working collaboratively as a team. The company offers fun activities and employee recognition (think ice cream trucks in the middle of the day, happy hours, parties, random lunches). Overall, it’s the best place I have ever worked.

Due to nature of the work, there can be extremely busy periods. Innovation is excellent, but sometimes the ideas take a life of their own. One obstacle of having so many long-standing employees in management positions, it may feel challenging for new staff to come in and feel like they are making an impact or to know where they fit. A year ago the company implemented a new hire buddy system and feedback loop for new hires that seems to be well received.
