Cons
Lack of communication between staff members in HR and leadership positions. Will fight to keep from having to give you a raise. Will promote you and keep your pay the same. Won't contact you for weeks on end regarding important issues concerning your employment and/or pay. Does not negotiate salary with you, will only dictate to you what they will give you. No 401k match. No competitive salary increases. No plans to ever give you a raise. Will tell you to get certified for higher level IT certs but never increase your pay to match those certs. Constantly threatened via email about reprimands or repercussions for failure to do what they ask. No company perks whatsoever. Basically a company that will take everything they can from you and give you the bare minimum in return.
