Pros
The base salary is paid for 13 months as guaranteed. 15 days of annual leave is decent compared to some local peers.
Cons
Unfair Bonus Policy: Campus hires (fresh graduates) are NOT eligible for the year-end bonus in their first year. You have to wait a full cycle to see any performance bonus. Long Probation: The probation period for bachelor degree holders is 6 months, which is excessively long. Poor Overtime Compensation: Overtime pay is fixed at a flat rate of 30 RMB/hour, regardless of your base salary level. This is insulting. On top of that, there is pressure to do "voluntary" unpaid overtime beyond the standard 40 hours. Low Skill Ceiling: The actual work for Service Engineers is repetitive and mechanical (basically "turning screws"). There is very little technical depth or career development compared to top-tier competitors like KLA. It feels like a dead-end job with no future.
