Personally I think location is great. Free parking, coffee shop in house. Community support-they have a free food pantry, frozen take home meals & social service support. They also have an area that offers free clothes as well.

Staffing is rough, it is extremely difficult to recruit & retain staff at a small community hospital. They are union, which sounds great, but in reality it’s really just a bunch of laziness supported by pettiness.
