      Some of the co workers are smart and nice.

      Cons

      This is a company of misfits. The pay is low because HR doesn't hire for the role- they hire round pegs for square holes which is how they get around industry standard for pay. Run don't walk away. Very transactional company.

      - Salary can be lower than industry standards, and promotions may take longer compared to similar-sized companies - The technologies you work with may not be the most exciting on the market. Most technologies are mature technologies.
