Good benefits but declining employee value creates stress. - Manager ACS Technologies Employee Review

Employee value has been steadily declining over the last 5 years. Sold to a private equity in December and had some major layoffs of central employees that had projects they were working on. Huge pressure on existing employees to pick up the pieces without any clear hand off. Resources are scarce and no clear understanding of goals.
