Working with a diverse team of professionals ranging from IT and system support through to clinical staff, within clinical environments, makes for an interesting and rewarding experience.
Cons
The divide between the Health directorate and Canberra Health Services poses real challenges in terms of stakeholder buy-in and engagement activities. Health environments, by their very nature, are risk diverse, posing the added challenges to implementation.
