Pros

The team members are friendly, team is diverse.

Cons

Where do I begin? - LONG hours, unrealistic expectations, leadership prioritizes themselves and the company goals over individual team members.. and have little to no consideration for anything happening outside of work. Good luck trying to get time off. - They expect you to show up to work at 8:30am daily, work until 6pm at the earliest, then pressure you to go out for team drinks after. There's no work life balance here and you will hardly get any personal time. - Managers will breathe down your neck and micromanage everything you do. Very controlling and manipulative. - Pay is below average in the industry, benefits are average.

Pros

One of the top two companies I have worked for in my many years. There are not many companies that fulfill the story they tell in the interview process, but ACTO is different. True senior management leadership by example in support of a culture focused on making a difference in the Life Sciences market they service. ACTO is a young company destined for greatness. Employment comes with the expectation that you will continue to drive the standard of excellence that is set and you will be rewarded for the same. It does not get much better than this companies people and culture.

Cons

They struggle with the kinds of pains typical of rapid growth companies. It's not a Con just a symptom of success.
