Pros
Free health insurance for full-time employees, decent amount of starting pay with opportunities for advancement (even though you will most likely get the chance to transfer to a different department if you are one of the departments' best employees.)
Cons
Huge amounts of micromanagement takes place here. This company will fire people for no reason and sometimes even over hearsay. There has been people completely innocent that has been fired because the 'teachers pet' decides to lie about someone they simply don't like and the manager will fire them and the employee has no chance to defend themselves. This place simply don't care about their employees only care that people make them money. This use to be a good place to work...but that was a long time ago and it will only get worse and worse. It doesn't help that they hire extremely immature trouble makers that act like they are still in high school and spread gossip amongst the workplace.
