Pros
-I was thinking about Pros about this company but even thinking for like 15 mins I couldn't.
Cons
-Senior Management is abusive and non-professional in everyway. -Due to extreme Satya culture there are no timelines of bonuses or increments or any paperwork of your employment. -On hiring day they literally want you to sign on blank paper sheets for God knows what purpose which is technically a felony. -Engineers have line up for salaries which are by the way given in cash like a daily wage labor. -From top level to lower management even the owner is abusive. -University biasness is all over the place at ADM, I don't want to name the universities they are biased against or towards. -There HR is non-existent even if there is they just have only one thing to say, "We don't have such policies here". -There is no overtime in the company but there is new term called "all the time" where you have to be all the time in the company and you don't have any social life and family. :) I can think of many more and I think anyone would get the jest of the company after reading this.
