•If you need a day off, even given 2 week advance notice, you usually get it
•Everything is negotiable, good open door policy
•If you're having problems at a site, they w move you in even if you're the problem
•hourly pay pretty good
•Most jobs are corporate accounts
•You are expected to work your shift; no pressure to cover a shift when someone doesn't show up for work.
Cons
•Hourly wage based on site/client
•Young people don't like to work weekends
•Not alot of overtime available when post are full.
