Very bad unprofessional organization ,
inconsistent hr policies ,
job is not secured for expats ( people lost jobs for some unexpected reasons )
no professional growth for expats .
No trainings for expats .
Policies can change any time hence your offer letter is like a piece of toilet paper.( so don't have any long term financial commitment )
Company is opportunities.
Ex employees are generally not given preference in any adnoc list of companies .
No compensation for kg1 and kg2 and if you child goes to school.
