Pros
- its your standard pub job so tips weekly is nice - free food on shift (its dependent on kitchen availability so sometimes its the scraps and discards) - good staff & customers for the most part are great - great location so always busy
Cons
- management is probably the worst I've experienced (no loyalty, no flexibility, bit racist, not very balanced in their approach to scheduling/ training ie.) - they will always have applicants so they have little incentive to change
