Pros

Salary. Great people willing to help. Provides what you need to do your job and free beverages. Very good communication. Offers continuing education in IT certifications. Free swag. Up to date technology.

Cons

High Pressure for billable hours. Poor training on in house processes. Poor documentation. Will toss you to the wolves. Understaffed. High turnover

We also recognize that we have room to improve in the areas you identified. Right now, we are working on fixing business processes that are no longer sustainable due to our growth, as well as improving our training programs, both for current and new employees. We’re also hiring for multiple positions in both locations to address certain staffing issues. We’re very sorry if you ever felt you were put into a situation you did not feel supported in, as that is certainly not in line with our vision of being a great place to work. Not the place for those looking for an office-style environment, salaries not competitive with today's rates.
