Lies on top of lies! - Team Manager ADT Solar Employee Review

Horrible reduction in force and delivery of decision to do mass layoffs. A mandatory meeting was called and multiple employees were advised of their position being terminated effective immediately. 20 minutes later.. no access to anything. This is after being told a little over a month ago that we were now a salaried employee and to “Trust the process” and that “There’s a place for everyone”. Nothing but a big fat lie. Nobody should get comfortable here!
