      Great benefits Fair commission structure, but only if you're billing over 200kpm.

      Cons

      Your day is managed to the minute - you are not allowed to email when it's not email time. Client ownership does not exist - if you're a relationship builder, forget it. If you're a cold hard hunter, you'll be succesful.
