Working environment and freedom to work on creativity

I dont find much other than little micro-management at the end

- if you are in Coimbatore, it will be one of the choice as freshers - if you work in this company, then you can work anywhere and under any pressure

- Timing - They will treat employee like a slave. Need to login at 9am but you can leave late night - all are local project and don't have much scope. - management -> they are purely indian mindset and non-It culture in IT company. - mobile access not allowed inside the workplace. it is not highly secure area. Also, you will be unnoticed even if you get emergency call from home.
