Pros
Working outside in contact with nature and cultivating organics vegetables is kind of work making you part of the world of tomorrow a human serving our world to recover humanity it's also a very social job relationship with all staff are friendly people are trying supporting each other and stuff like that .
Cons
the biggest challenge when I was working there is to achieve the season and collect the fruits of your labour literally cause months after months we are expecting that everything is gonna be alright not matter how the weather has been it's a small co-op so we are deeply involved in the process .
