      Pros

      The canteen is quite nice.

      Cons

      Very top heavy company with many people who draw a salary but do little to contribute. Middle management does great but is often given edicts by upper management that is harmful to morale. The continuous improvement culture has created a bureaucracy that actually stifles innovation and improvement.

      Long commute for me, but worth it Quickly changing industry, so AFL makes changes to stay up on current customer demands - not a negative con, just something to keep up with
