      This financial institution is an excellent Christian organization whose business is guided by their corporate moral compass. The entire C suite officers are pleasant and are direct in their direction of the company, the management is clear and concise in their direction. Great quality building and equipment as well

      Cons

      If you are not a Christian this might not be a good fit for you as they ARE a christian organization that is tied to a major denomination. As a financial institution this company is a great fit for people who have finance degrees, accounting degrees or are programmers. Building is in the South west corner of town and can be difficult to get to if you live in an outlying area of Springfield.

      AG Financial is an established, strong organization centered in supporting ministers, churches, and ministries with financial products. Great purpose and an honor to help others.

      1. Excellent place to work if you are a Christian and have a heart to serve Christian ministries. 2. Facilities are practically brand new. 3. Very competitive benefits package and HR/management seem to make a genuine effort in improving quality of the work environment. 4. If you earn your stripes and diligently help the organization succeed, management is good about rewarding you with recognition/raises/etc. 5. Above average job security.

      Cons

      1. It's a rather flat organization so upward movement is difficult. 2. Not the most progressive employer with regards to gender equality. (Religious organizations tend to be behind the curve.) 3. Senior management tends to micromanage. 4. Sales commissions tend to be capped.
