      Pros

      I have been at AGAT for over 2 years now and have seen the pros and cons of this workplace. In my experience AGAT Laboratories commends hard work and rewards success in the workplace. I have had the pleasure of working with the team and getting to know the CEO as she takes part in every aspect of the business. I think the leadership is fabulous and see countless improvements to this company that will lead to future success! On a specific note for working in Ontario sales, there is a bit of a seasonal cycle with winter being slower than other months. I like the fast paced seasons and then having a "planning" season where you can review your success, map a new sales plan and catch up on any internal projects you would like to support.

      Cons

      All companies have some internal programs that are outdated. This does not bother me because I see AGAT adopting new programs and updating our process to improve the user experience for all employees. I also believe you create your own environment. I have been part of seeing change happen in this company and view "cons" as opportunities to contribute to positive improvement!

      Pros

      Can't think of any, if you're looking for nightmare, look no further.

      Cons

      Too much to be listed. -Extremely cheap, treat their employees like a cheap money printing machine more than anything -Turn over is super high because they don't care whether people are staying or not, they just want somebody cheap to work for them -Pay is way lower than market rate and is better off working somewhere which has far less stress and far less responsibilities since they are paying minimum anyways.
