Lack of Support & Resources: There is virtually no training or development provided to help you succeed in your role. You are met with incredibly high expectations but given very little resources to actually achieve them.
Undermined Management: Leadership completely takes away your ability to manage your own team. HR is highly disorganized and actively undermines management decisions, making it impossible to establish authority or support your staff effectively.
Workplace Culture: There is a serious issue with discrimination. The environment can be extremely discriminatory toward minorities and Muslims, which creates a highly exclusionary and uncomfortable workplace culture.
