Pros

- Experience working in a new company every year without switching as the firm rebrands itself almost every year (this year they're going by AGI Growth X Pvt Ltd) - Decent salary structure while on payroll. - Exposure to some international projects in Kenya.

Cons

- No job security - projects cancelled, roles dissolved – without a word - Female employees are often sidelined — treated as second-class contributors in key decisions and roles. Masterclass in silent exit tactics — the company uses every trick in the office politics playbook to push people out without formally firing them. Toxic work culture rooted in outdated management style- rewards bootlicking over merit, glorifies working weekends and after-hours without boundaries, and expects blind compliance over constructive dialogue. Treated like a replaceable resource despite delivering $200 million+ project within first year of joining working directly with C-suite Top-down mismanagement and HR apathy that ruins everything Horrible Offboarding- It is a nightmare If you expect growth opportunities and fairness, this is not the place Cherry on top - Any policy in favor of employees can be changed overnight, forget about appraisals or bonus, Non-existent Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I)

Cons

No con for me. The work-life balance is maintained.
