The company provides health benefits that are quite good for permanent employees by providing medical benefits of 8 million per year and a letter of guarantee for employees if the employee is hospitalized. But if the employee is a contract employee, he/she will only get 8 million per year health benefits and only get the Social Security Agency of Health (BPJS). The company also gives a year-end bonus if the company's performance that year is good, but the salary multiplier depends on personal KPIs.
Cons
The salary given to employees with more than 5 years of experience is the same as the salary received for employees who have 2 years of experience in other companies for the same type of work. Many employees who already have the skills and experience finally leave to get good welfare in outside companies because they do not feel valued in this company
