A few really good people with good knowledge but they don't get listened to. Made some good friends with colleagues. Close to the train station and Woking town center

Poor pay and benefits. No promotion opportunities Constantly replacing people with new people on lower pay Company has no money to invest in proper training and always does things on a shoestring. Technology and products (EazyFuel and RiskNet) are really old and have no proper investment for many years. No new customer for many years and old customer leaving. There is lack of payments and fraud knowledge in the company. Poor management that don't trust the employee. CEO and commercial lead charm people but sell snakeoil and don't deliver. An all boys friends club at the top management. Customers are always annoyed with no delivery and poor service. Toxic environment - you don't learn anything - working practices are dated
