Work life balance and closing late - Accountant AIICO Capital Employee Review

During the year 2017 to year 2021, the MD there was very terrible and believes you don't need to close from work to go back home. I cannot count number of times I stayed back at work and forced to continue again by day break or they will tell you , "you are not fit for the organisation" Saturdays and Sundays were spent on several occasions in the office.
