The company has a long standing record that speaks for itself - 7 years and counting as a best employer, over 4 years as a most admired culture, repeated green employer awards, and a leadership team that cares about it's employees. Sure, LoyaltyOne isn't for everybody - and it shouldn't be. The company looks for unique traits in its hires beyond the job specific skill sets. Not everybody will make it here. Why?
