no worklife balance . work at home policy was removed for leaders, but majority of their direct reports are work at home associates and most coaching conversations are done over the phone. no reasonable explanation given for the removal of the work at home program. unmanageable workload no flexibility from upper management lack of communication , don't understand the why fear of retaliation limmited opportunities for career growth. only lateral movement is allowed on contract basis only. the focus is on quality assurance, not on people leading or development. results of associate satisfaction surveys are not taken seriously. voices are not heard.
