Pros

Leading edge technology. Reward and recognition for hard work and accomplishments. Employees are treated like, well, humans; solid work-life balance, community involvement days, team building events, and tons of little break outs to rebuild momentum. Where do you find this in the U.S.? Leadership cares, they do listen, and they respond. If you are looking to grow personally and professionally within a fast-paced accelerated organization, you are in good shape, if you get the call to duty. Extremely proud to work here.

Cons

Brand is gaining momentum. The Precima name is not well known compared to other data, analytic, and CPG consulting firms, but, this is changing rapidly so get on board. Few account options to move over to at this time, but again, this is changing, I smell growth on the horizon, and its up to employees to pave the way. We can really make a difference here. A few issues when holding others accountable on ad-hoc projects, but being worked out internally. Precima is excellent at change management. Need patience if looking for immediate growth, but this is normal, do the job you are hired to do well, and good things will come, once an opening takes place.

During our January Business Update, our Executive team shared our Strategic Imperatives for 2023 and the ways we will continue to scale as an organization to help Associates under the "big picture" and where their role fits in. We also recently introduced a new Goal Setting process to better align with our quarterly planning process, and to encourage more regular conversations about goals between Leaders and Associates.
