3yThank you for your review! I’m glad to hear that you are enjoying the flexibility that our remote-first work model provides Associates with, and the full complement of perks and benefits that we offer.
I appreciate your perspective on our call center. The frontline Ambassadors in our Customer Care department are champions of our brand and offer support to our Collectors through various channels. While there may be a large number of calls coming in at times, we also have Chat, Social Media and Chatbot options to leverage and provide to collectors to ensure that they are directed to the best and most efficient channels to resolve their issues.
