Pros
This is the most I’ve ever gotten paid as a therapist, for starters. We have health benefits now, which has definitely boosted my morale and my appreciation for my job. I absolutely love my coworkers, the friendly and—dare I say—almost family-like environment that makes me actually look forward to coming to work, and the massage manager, Christy, is one of the most empathetic, accommodating, and personable people I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with when it comes to management. I’m always so impressed by the way she navigates any issues I’ve brought to her attention because we have over 70 therapists on staff and she still somehow manages to hear my needs and work with me to find a solution in a timely manner, which I’ve also seen her do with many of the other therapists and links, time and time again. Bless this woman for all she does. As long as you’re responsible and kind, you’ll get along just fine at Aire.
Cons
Like all places, Aire isn’t perfect. Are there days when I hate my schedule? Of course. I attribute this more so to the scheduling software in use and online bookings than I do to the scheduling department though. Having 6 clients on average can definitely feel like overkill sometimes.
