Pros

Everyone @ my base was friendly (San Antonio) Good company paid health insurance plan through Blue Cross. 7 on 7 off normal schedule. If the aircraft has issues they will fix it.

Cons

Normal schedule is rarely normal .Will not pay for overtime for mandatory OT. Stopped paying per diem to pilots. Removed pilots structured pay increases. Be prepared to work 3 weeks straight on 12 hour shifts w/o overtime pay. Management cares little about the pilots.

Great attitude from everyone from the top down. This company by far is the best in the industry

This is a 24/7 operation so long night and early mornings.
