Pros

Nothing good I can say about this company tbh, it was the worst 2 months of my life working here

Cons

Such a toxic environment for a start-up company - imagine how worse its gonna get. Because people are scared of being called out in public and being branded as stupid, there's a lot of finger pointing that happens whenever anything goes wrong. Salary is not even worth it too, 35k for an operations manager position lol and you're expected to work weekends - work life balance where??? Honestly glad that I left. This job gave me the worst case of anxiety.

Pros

Great team and colleagues - vibe with the team is fun

Cons

Worst senior management I’ve seen in the local office, treats the team like kids and does a lot of guilt tripping. Bad working hours for most of the team during campaign. Only commends the people they like to hang out with. Acts unprofessional when you are not in their good side.

Pros

Good start if you’re looking to expand your resume as you collaborate with highly known companies in their e-commerce business. The community and culture can either be a miss or hit depending on how well you can fit in. But most likely the people who you will work with will welcome you with open arms because they are great to work with. In terms of senior management and growth, it will likely depend on who you are under with. But so far it pushed me to have a better career and work ethics as my first job.

Cons

However, this company will make you feel undervalued even if you know you have great performance. Like in a sudden, you will be handling too much work that it will mentally drain you and wish that they will give you a bonus only to find out that it isn’t a part of their vocabulary. But they will give you silly giveaway prizes if you’re lucky though or company competitions that you are too busy to enter or practice on. Another is the leadership of the seniors and directors, VERY POLITICAL. They will most likely brush you off if you don’t interact or vibe with them. They rarely notice your capabilities and stick to who they rely instead. If your supreme leader does not like you, then get ready to be independent and feel like you have no growth anymore. + even if you already reported or flagged them, the only thing that will change is your distance with your senior or director. With my experiences working here, I felt so many cons just by working there. There is also the mandatory overtime work during certain companies from 2am or even on Sunday. There is this crazy push of underdeveloped AI technology that will stress you out.
