The 50% RTO mandate is not well implemented either and days in the office are not productive for focused work. The office equipment available for the London office is very poor - colleagues are often receiving old Macbooks to work on, the monitors in the office are low quality and can be found online for ~£40, and recently the majority of the desks were swapped for smaller and non-adjustable desks. When you're in the office, everyone is on Teams calls leading to an extremely loud office with limited pods and meeting rooms to utilise for focused work.
A car park booking app has been introduced to book desk spaces, but it often crashes and people still sit wherever they want.
